Sales Executive Job description
Ecotek Group, a rapidly expanding leader in home and commercial services is seeking to expand their high impact salesforce.
Our core business provides a variety of quality services including exterior structure washing, gutter cleaning and protection, junk removal and more. Our consistent growth and expansion require us to seek additional salespeople in various regions.
Our ideal candidate should have proven experience in the residential or commercial sales markets with a willingness to grow to a next level sales executive.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience either selling to residential or commercial customers (3-5 years)
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Phone fearless and positive presence
- CRM or other customer management system experience
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Job Type: Full Time
Pay Type: Base Against Commission (converting to all commission)
Pay: Initial base $40,000.00 against uncapped commissions
Location: Territory assigned within our service area spanning from north of Baltimore to as far south as Virginia Beach.
