Overview:
Position S ummary:

The Territory Account Specialist is responsible for managing relationships within active skilled nursing facilities and clients as well as identifying and marketing new business within the skilled nursing sector. The Territory Account Specialist reports to the Regional VP to ensure the integrative management and maintenance of facility programs. This position will requires bi weekly travel to Bronx, Brookly, Queens, Hudson Valley areas or travel on needed bases.

Essential Position Responsibilities:
Quality Service:

Provides complete customer service to the active facilities: Evaluates every facility and addresses concerns immediately.
Gives support to facilities, aiding in facility interface and referral generation.
Communicates territory needs
Aides in Discharge to home program development at the facilities and referral generation.
Participates in discharge meetings at the facilities to ensure continuity of care needs are met and bring awareness to discharge to home programs.
New Business Development/Marketing:
Develops new business by building up new facility contracts, as well as expanding scope and depth of services in existing accounts.
Network with mental health facilities/SNF/AL facilities to generate business for the company.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and experience:
Prefer two years of business experience in the healthcare industry.
Demonstrates ability to lead people and get results through others.
Responsibilities:
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
Critical Thinking – Uses logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
Complex problem solving - Identifies complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills – Speaks to others to convey information effectively.
Valued Skills and Experience:
Industry experience preferred
Healthcare services sales experience preferred
Advanced computer proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft and Google Suit
Qualifications:
  • Skilled Nursing Facility experience
  • Behavioral Health Experience
  • Marketing/Business Development in a Healthcare setting
-Must be willing to commute throughout different areas of Newark NJ, and the following territories when needed - Bronx, Qeens, Brookly, Hudson Valley NY.
  • 3 years of Healthcare exp/Marketing

Pay Range is $75,000 to $85,000/yr.
