An independent school in Bethesda, MD seeks a temporary 4th-grade teacher to begin in Early April and continue through Early May.

Substitute Teacher Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with a background in education or child development
• Love of elementary-school age children
• Solid understanding of child development
• Strong communication skills
• Dependable, responsible and reliable
• Sense of humor
• Strong conflict resolution skills
• Enthusiastic, energetic and flexible
• Three years of consistent teaching, preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $200.00 per day

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• After school
• Monday to Friday

• Bethesda, MD 20817: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Teaching: 3 years (Preferred)
