At Landmark , our interdisciplinary teams collaboratively manage our complex patient panels. These teams are led by Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants, with supporting care provided by RN Nurse Care Managers, Social Workers, Pharmacists, Behavioral Health, and other employed team members.

The Telephonic Healthcare Sales Representative is responsible for increasing patient engagement through telephonic outreach to Landmark members to schedule an in-home clinical visit by a Landmark provider.

Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 08:00am – 05:00pm EST.

*All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Utilize tried and true telephonic methods of patient outreach and engagement strategies to schedule visits for enrollment into the Landmark Health program.
  • Utilize excellent telephonic sales skills to effectively communicate Landmark services and be able to overcome members objections.
  • Uses critical thinking skills to create telephonic outreach strategies that are designed to maximize patient awareness and registration into Landmark’s program.
  • Leverage reporting and dashboards to prioritize telephonic outreach to members
  • In coordination with Local Outreach Team, support telephonic outreach to non-engaged and engaged patients.
  • Successfully meet and/or exceed engagement monthly targets

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Telecommuting Requirements:

  • Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
  • Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
  • Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or higher)
  • 2+ years of related experience in a sales, direct marketing or customer service capacity
  • Prior experience in healthcare

Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada or New York City Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $21.68 - $38.56. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada / New York City residents is $23.94 - $42.40.
