is looking for a Representative, Tele-Sales & Service to join our Team, located in Houston, TX.

You will have the ability to be the backbone of our business. When customers call us, our Telesales Reps answer questions, solve problems, and get people happily on their way. You'll also use your customer service and sales skills to help customers discover the products they need, and even help them complete the sale.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Promote and sell products and services to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Have an opportunity to maximize your income by earning commission based on performance!
  • Complete supporting purchase contracts and set appointments for products sold through direct interactions with customers via phone.
  • Respond to questions relating to customer service inquiries with a focus on first call resolution.
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding purchases and installations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve billing inquiries, perform account adjustments, negotiate payment arrangements and deposit amounts.
  • Need to commit to a PAID training schedule where we give you the tools to be successful.
  • Need to have flexibility to work rotating shifts to provide coverage between 6am-10pm, seven days per week.
  • Need a naturally positive attitude with demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills. Communication is the key to our business at all levels

Your background includes:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience.

A bonus to have:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish
