Tech Monk Technicians are highly skilled at interacting with customers and asking probing questions that help them understand the service issue with a customer's Mac, iPad, Apple Watch, and Apple accessories. Technicians understand that customers with device issues are often frustrated being without their device and can act with patience to help repair not only the device but the relationship with the technology they have grown to love. Techs are required to maintain necessary Apple certifications in order to perform repairs and must adhere to the requirements of being an Apple Premier Service Provider.

  • Embody the core values of the company in your decisions and actions
  • Create a culture that places an emphasis on taking care of the customer first and foremost
  • Help customers with their Macs, iPads, Apple Watches, and Apple Accessories at the service tables
  • Utilize the service systems to document repairs with quality notes and timely updates
  • Maintain personal Apple Certifications at all times
  • Adhere to Apple’s guidelines for being an Apple Premier Service Provider
  • Perform repairs with an utmost respect for the customer’s device and always do the right thing
  • Utilize the sales process to correctly charge for all services rendered
  • Understand and execute on Service Metrics: REPTAT, FTF, KBBs, CSAT, and PPR
  • Maintain a workspace that is clean, organized, and lends itself to high standards
  • Meet or exceed 90% CSAT by providing always embracing our philosophy of doing the right thing

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
