Responsibilities:SkyePoint is looking for a Technical Recruiter to be responsible for filling both proposal and funded positions. We need someone who can be a full life cycle recruiter AND a trusted business partner to our hiring managers, understanding requirements and thinking outside of the box with sourcing strategies. We need an enthusiastic person to brand our company and support a variety of programs in the Cybersecurity Architecture and Engineering, Critical Infrastructure and Operations, and Applications Development and Maintenance IT service space. To be successful in this role, you will need to move fast and enjoy a challenge!

Our office is in Dulles, VA and being a very collaborative team, you must be willing to work a hybrid schedule.

Perform full life cycle recruiting activities including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination/scheduling, offer negotiation and closing of candidates

  • Support multiple types of openings including fully funded and bid & proposal
  • Source candidates using traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques
  • Partner with business development on staffing plans and key personnel requirements
  • Develop and implement incumbent capture plans
  • Create and apply contingent recruiting strategies
  • Prepare resumes and proposal artifacts including key personnel resumes and letters of commitment
  • Maintain and deepen candidate relationships from initial recruiting through onboarding, including capture, proposal and start-up phases to ensure candidate remain committed upon contract award
  • Work closely with business development especially capture managers to gather and develop requirements to create job descriptions
  • Fully screen and vet candidates for quality and technical fit across our pursuits
  • Work with Capture Managers to submit candidates and schedule interviews for additional vetting and candidate selection
  • Continually evaluate and apply new sourcing methodologies to actively identify, cultivate, and grow target candidate pools of top talent
  • Provide proactive and consultative services to the hiring managers
  • Gather and develop requirements to update and/or create job descriptions
  • Ensure the ATS is maintained according to the recruiting workflow and that all applicants are dispositioned according to OFCCP guidelines
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices to ensure the best candidate experience
  • Exemplify SkyePoint’s reputation as “best place to work” through influential candidate relationships from the selection process through to onboarding and employment.
  • Represent SkyePoint and its values in all interactions with potential internal and external candidates
  • Contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives including process improvements and projects

Qualifications:

  • Must be willing to work a hybrid schedule (2 days in the office)
  • A minumum of 3 years' experience conducting full life cycle recruiting in a high growth environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience recruiting Information Technology professionals
  • Experience working with proposal teams in finding key personnel for proposals
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting in a government consulting/contracting environment
  • Ability to create and deploy creative recruiting strategies unique to the market
  • Proficiency using effective sourcing and research methodologies
  • General understanding of HR practices and OFCCP
  • Prior experience with iCIMS Recruiting, or a similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Well-developed assessment, negotiation, collaboration, and consultation skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and analytic skills, along with an ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
