We are looking for a US or Canada based seasoned Contract Technical Recruiter to work on engineering roles in Canada and the US. Experience with recruitment in Argentina is strongly preferred.This recruiter will manage & conduct recruitment strategies within our Solutions and Technology group. The recruiter will develop a close partnership with business leadership to ensure recruitment is consistent with the business goals. Providing full life cycle recruitment support including sourcing, screening, extending and negotiating offers are all key components of the role. Should be able to network proactively & extensively in the marketplace to expand and identify the best talent for the roles. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. This is a remote role.

Requirements:

• 5 - 7 years experience with full life cycle recruiting in a technology environment preferably recruiting for cloud technology with good understanding of software engineering technology trends and skills sets in the Canada and US markets.
• Experience recruiting and hiring junior to senior level technical resources. The roles include software engineers, Dev-ops engineer, Product management, testing engineers, architects etc.
• Corporate recruitment experience is required
• Proven experience sourcing talent from a variety of channels - looking for a strong sourcer
• Proven experience working through full recruiting life cycle
• Excellent verbal and written communication skillsdirect
• Knowledge of ATS (SAP SuccessFactors a plus)
• Strong negotiating and organizational skills; attention to detail
• Demonstrated experience understanding the needs of the business
• Able to work independently ,should be techno-savvy with good Ms-Excel skills
• Strong business acumen and ability to learn new business areas quickly
• Must possess strong interpersonal and relationship building experience
