About the Role:

As a Technical Trainer/Writer you will develop and deliver content and training materials for our internal users, stakeholders, and leadership. The person in this position will be responsible for equipping end users with the knowledge and skills needed to successfully use the software in support of our customers and carriers.

This role will be part of our Information Technology team and will work alongside our Training and Development team. This role is integral to Red Technologies' significant growth plans, and we are looking for someone self-motivated and committed to expansive learning environments.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of a training curriculum on company software
• Conduct training to end users on Red Technologies software, including web-based and classroom-based training
• Interact with peers, project managers, technical support staff, and other teammates to ensure technical documents' information accuracy
• Analyze technical information, create user manuals, end-user training materials, installation guides, and reports, and release technical artifacts, and SOPs
• Interact with peers, project managers, technical support staff, and other teammates to ensure technical documents' information accuracy
• Demonstrated experience producing business requirements documents (BRDs), structured SOPs, wikis, process modeling/workflows

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Position may require up to 10% domestic travel
• 3+ years of technical writing experience
• Web-based and classroom training experience
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Confident when interfacing with clients
• Comfortable working in front of a classroom/group
• Understanding of e-learning techniques
