Position Title: Technical Help Desk Lead
Description: Client First Technologies is currently seeking a Technical Specialist with development and help desk experience to work across teams creating, maintaining and support applications.
Responsibilities: A successful candidate for this role will have a proven track record managing help desks with a technical aptitude for scripting and a desire to learn software development. The right candidate will be responsible for:
- Performing quality reviews across help desk responses
- Collaborating with and "interviewing" technical SMEs and domain experts to create help desk SOPs
- Contributing to development team scrums with hands on development work
Qualifications:
- Experience applying expertise on multiple work assignments which are broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks
- Experience planning and leading major technical and non-technical projects
- Experience collecting information and synthesize it into comprehensive and logically structured responses
- Excellent formal business writing skills
- Experience in explaining in simple language scientific and technical ideas that are difficult for the average reader to understand
- Preferred: Experience working with the Department of Veterans Affairs
Clearance: The ability to pass a VA Moderate Background Investigation (MBI)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,250.00 - $85,000.00 per year
