Job description
- Arrive to work on time, appropriately groomed, dressed and ready to work.
- Receive payment by credit card, debit card, cash, check, vouchers, or automatic debits.
- Issue change, credit, and refunds.
- Issue receipts and coupons.
- Keep drawer currency sorted, and organized.
- Reconcile Cash in the drawer at the beginning and end of every shift, and ensuring there is adequate change and correct end of day totals.
- Maintain a clean and orderly checkout area and sales floor.
- Identify the prices of items when asked by customers.
- Interacts with customers and resolves customer needs and questions in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
- Stock sales floor, (including own register) at the beginning, during, and end of every day as needed.
