The Team Member will be required to learn and understand all of the products, services and promotions that are currently available to new and existing customers, as well as stay up to date on any changes. We are looking for a Team Member who is able to think on their feet and is highly comfortable working in various settings while maintaining professionalism with our clients and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with current and potential customers
• Answer any customer questions in a timely and professional manner
• Assist fellow team members with customers
• Maintain a record of customer interactions
• Execute sales presentations to customers
• Recommend products and services to potential customers

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service based role
• Able to easily adapt to any situation
• Must be able to answer customer questions and escalate as needed
• Must be able to work directly with customers
• Must be able to work in person
• Must be able to work full time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year

Weekly day range:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
