We're looking for an energetic people person to join our recovery specialist team. This team member will be trusted with providing care and conducting recovery services for our guests. Compensation:$30,000 - $32,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Build guest relationships with new and existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication to increase the likelihood of them using our services again
- To perform high-quality health services, after training, to clients with confidence and utmost care
- Educate guests about the benefits of the services provided
- Build knowledge about the health services provided and be willing to share that knowledge with others
- Willing to travel to provide services at events and off-site locations
- Perform light cleaning duties
- Interacting with athletes and clients to promote recovery
- Willing to learn skills required to perform specialty services
- Previous experience in sales is preferred
- History of working with a team toward achieving and exceeding goals
- Working with a focus on wellness is preferred, but not required
- Self-motivated and willing to learn about wellness services is necessary
- Positive customer service experience is required
- Good communication skills are required.
