We're seeking creative, positive and motivated individuals to join our team as Teacher Assistants. Positions are available at our Central Falls, Pawtucket, Providence, Rumford, and Warren, RI school locations. We can accommodate both full time and part time work schedules. All positions are Monday through Friday with weekends off. Starting pay is $13.50/hour plus full benefits and paid time off.

Job responsibilities include working with a Lead Teacher to:

• Ensure child safety and effective educational programming while following state regulations and company policies.
• Foster a nurturing and caring learning experience for children in the classroom.
• Implement classroom curriculum and support children in all aspects of their developmental, emotional and social growth.
• Actively engage in communications with parents/guardians to provide timely feedback on children's progress.

Requirements: Must be 18+ years of age with a High School Diploma or GED. Preference will be given to candidates with past experience and/or course work in early childhood education topics.

While performing this role, you will need to frequently walk, jog, use and reach with hands and arms, stand, sit, squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend and crawl throughout your shift. Must be able to regularly light and carry up to 35 lbs and in the event of an emergency may be required to carry a child weighing up to 50 lbs.
