Talent Marketing Partner

Talent Acquisition

  • Responsible for comprehensive execution of full cycle recruiting process including requisition management, sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and offer negotiations, onboarding and other tasks associated with corporate talent searches
  • Work closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for each position and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed, Applicant Tracking System, professional networks, referrals, etc.
  • Attract, source, hire talent for requisitions supporting sales, marketing, legal, finance, client accounting, human resources and other key functions
  • Develop trusted relationships and influence hiring managers and business partners by proactively engaging them to understand their recruitment needs in context of their stated missions and consistently delivering on the promise of excellent service and timely presentation of high potential, well qualified, diverse candidates for consideration
  • Write engaging job descriptions and new hire communications
  • Create and implement strategies for building a talent network/talent community, including strategies focused on building relationships and pathways from local universities
  • Process/review and follow up appropriately with all pre-employment background checks.

Talent/Employer Branding


  • Amplify recruitment marketing and employer brand strategy to attract high-quality applicants across professional and high-volume opportunities
  • Plan and manage recruitment media campaigns & talent community
  • Track and measure campaign results to inform future investments
  • Communicate regularly with HR and business leadership on current and future initiatives
  • Work closely with Department Heads and HR partners on current and future hiring needs
  • Focus on continual enhancement of the candidate experience and engagement
  • Stay informed on marketing and advertising trends across the industry
  • Work effectively with communication and corporate marketing colleagues to ensure effective presence of a talent channel across the company’s social ecosystem.


Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 2 years of experience in full cycle recruiting and onboarding, preferably in a startup environment/high volume space
  • 2 years of experience in full cycle recruiting and onboarding for corporate roles
  • To be successful in this role, one must work with a sense of urgency, while providing both an amazing candidate and hiring manager experience
  • This role is best suited for a motivated self-starter, with the capability to follow through multi-step processes, who thrives in ambiguity, and brings insights and recommendations to hiring managers to attract top talent
  • Source and screen candidates while providing a world class candidate experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to build relationships both internally and externally
  • In-depth knowledge of employer brand strategies and recruitment marketing
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and candidate experience measurements
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Strong vendor management experience
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
