Responsibilities

• Write digital content focused on Canada and USA target segments in collaboration with the regional Marketing Leads
• Develop compelling copy for digital and social media ads, such as Facebook/IG, LinkedIn, video and display banner ads for consumer marketing
• Create value-driven copy for campaign landing pages that will lead to job applications
• Prepare content outline and write copy for referral campaigns, short & long form blogs, newsletters
• Collaborate with global Marketing and SEO teams to research for high-performing keywords to naturally integrate into copy
• Develop content for digital employer/company profiles (Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.)

Requirements

• Exceptional copywriting & editing skills with proven experience writing short, compelling ad copy and headlines in our unique tone of voice
• Strong knowledge of social media ad specifications and best practices
• The ability to think imaginatively and act strategically to deliver campaign copy that engages, inspires, and delights our target audience
• The ability to work both collaboratively and independently across time zones and business units
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects with sometimes tight timelines
• Motivation & drive to create great work. You are a composed communicator, able to present ideas to different audiences. You are tech-savvy and adaptable to new technologies and/or systems quickly
• Experience in developing digital content for recruitment advertising/employment marketing to candidates with technology expertise is a nice-to-have
• Preferred experience writing broadcast scripts (audio and video)
• Portfolio should include samples of short & long form copy, ads and more
• Working knowledge of Beamery is a nice-to-have skillset
