Job Summary
- The Talent Development Consultant will plan, design, facilitate, coordinate and deliver education/development throughout the Avera system.
- This role is responsible for collaborating with human resources business services, clinical and non-clinical employees and leaders to standardize content and delivery of educational/developmental opportunities based on identified needs.
- This position performs duties that support the goals and objectives of Avera.
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in education, leadership and organizational development or related field or six years equivalent HR or Learning Development work experience; or any such combination of education, experience, and training is required.
- 3-5 years’ experience in the delivery of educational creation and programming preferred.
Work Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; 80 hours every 2 weeks
Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
- $26.25 - $39.50 per hour
