We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Advisor to bring talent onto our clients’ growing teams. Our Talent Advisor is responsible for full life cycle recruiting across a variety of our clients' open roles throughout the US, which includes establishing process, partnering with hiring managers and guiding them through the recruitment and selection process.

Established in St. Louis, MO, we are a remote based team with team members in several states. This will be a remote, work from home position based in the United States. We offer a flexible schedule, benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid time off and a salary range starting at $70,000 based on experience. Responsibilities and Required Skills:

  • Collaboration. You are collaborating with clients on a daily basis. You are very comfortable conducting thorough initial intake calls with hiring managers, gaining a solid understanding of their needs. You are partnering with & guiding hiring managers through the recruitment and selection process as the subject matter expert. Also, at People Solutions Center, TEAMWORK is key. There are projects you will be running point on, while requiring support from other team members. There will also be projects you are providing support on. You enjoy doing both.
  • Communication. You are communicating with people all day via phone, email, video conference, etc. This invigorates you! You are courteous and professional in your written & verbal communications to clients, candidates and team members whether providing guidance, turndowns or a job offer. You can write an effective job ad or social media post to draw qualified candidates to the postings. You are also an effective interviewer, able to connect with candidates, have meaningful discussions and gather the information necessary to make a decision or recommendation to the client.
  • Organization, Prioritization and Multitasking. You are used to managing several requisitions at one time with different hiring managers and very different roles, and possibly with different clients in different industries. You love this challenge and can easily stay organized. You are able to prioritize and manage the full cycle recruitment, while managing all functions in a timely manner including resume review, phone interviews, scheduling client interviews, sending turndowns, making offers, etc. Juggling multiple projects which you are leading and also providing effective support for teammates is no problem for you.
  • Resourceful. You’ll use sourcing tools and techniques to identify and attract passive talent such as social media, traditional networking, internet searches, referrals and more. You are also staying up to date with current employment legislation and regulations. You know how to research and look for the answers first, and, if you can’t find the answers, you know how to ask for help.
  • Data and Tech-Savvy. You know your way around applicant tracking software (ATS) and have no issues using multiple ATS systems daily based on our client’s needs. You understand the importance of real-time statusing and documentation. You value data reporting, regularly providing funnel reports to clients, your team and have the ability to explain the data. You may also have used Calendly, and can coach clients on how to set it up and use it to make interview scheduling more efficient. You are comfortable with Microsoft Outlook, Office and OneDrive.
  • Positive Attitude. You love what you do! You are passionate about providing a positive candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment process. You are able to establish and maintain positive working relationships with clients and internal team members. You are not afraid to ask for help when you need it, or to provide feedback on process. We are a small but very mighty team where feedback is encouraged and valued!

Additional Requirements for Talent Advisor:

  • 2+ years prior work experience as a Talent Advisor Recruiter, must include heavy client/hiring manager contact and guidance as recruitment subject matter expert;
  • Prior experience filling roles across a wide variety of roles, including both high volume and specialized roles;
  • Ability to exercise effective judgment, confidentiality, sensitivity and creativity to changing needs and situations;
  • Ability to work remotely from home and occasionally travel for meetings/conferences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
