You will be the expert when it comes to all thing's recruitment from job descriptions to sourcing candidates, interviewing, and hiring. With a knack for organization, excellent people skills, and a go-getter attitude you will be a key partner to the business in building our team.

Enchant is looking to fill a full-time temporary role with an immediate start date until February 2023. Given Enchant is growing rapidly, there may be the potential to continue working with our organization.

WHO WE ARE:

We are creators of a magical holiday event called Enchant Christmas featuring the world's largest light maze and village market. We have hosted over three million guests over the past 5 years and have experienced significant growth. In 2022, we will be producing 9 shows in 8 U.S. cities.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:

• Champion recruitment process and timelines.
• Manage high volume recruitment for Enchant events across the United States.
• Create a magical candidate experience. Understand and anticipate candidates’ needs, keep the candidate informed timely, and get to know them as humans.
• Proactively partner with leaders and hiring managers to conduct needs assessments.
• Curate job descriptions that accurately identify and succinctly reflect the needs of the organization.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to build strong relationships by understanding their needs, requirements of the role, presenting qualified candidates, communicating frequently, and ensuring each candidate meets or exceeds their expectations.
• Be the connector between the candidate, Hiring Manager, and People Team to ensure their experience is magical from the first interaction to their first week.
• Research, source, and manage requisitions for various positions in the build, production, and event teams.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines across your assigned portfolio and ensure there is a bench for hard-to-fill positions.
• Proactively develop and execute candidate-generation strategies and ideas on how to connect to active and passive candidates.
• Manage candidate process flow through the HRIS and applicant tracking system.
• Adhere to compliance protocol and the Talent Acquisition process for internal and external hiring.
• Collaborate with the People & Culture team to improve the recruitment process and problem solve when needed.
• Participate in other People & Culture initiatives such as onboarding, virtual socials, and off-sites.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

• 2+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter in-house or agency (combination of both preferred).
• Previous high volume recruiting experience preferably in the event and/or entertainment industry.
• A knack for building positive relationships with candidates, Hiring Managers, external vendors, and other key stakeholders.
• Experience sourcing candidates across North America using tools such as LinkedIn.
• Tech-savvy with experience using an ATS; experience with UKG is preferred.
• Proven success in filling hard-to-fill roles in a highly competitive market.
• Ability to effectively manage your time and juggle multiple priorities to meet hiring deadlines.
• Strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to exercise discretion and handle confidential information.
• A sincere desire to help create magical memories.
