About the role:

We are on a super exciting journey and are building our first purposely built plant for our revolutionary MAGMA technology. This technology is set to redefine the glass production process for the future and need you to lead the end to end talent acquisition process.

You will be the Talent Acquisition Specialist for this project, on a 6 month contract, and will have the opportunity to help build our brand in the local community, implement a process that delivers a great candidate and hiring manager experience, and develop a recruitment plan that hits our strategic objectives. It’s an opportunity to build something new for the Bowling Green area, and we have some cool tech to help you!

You will be part of the project team preparing for operation to commence in 2024, and will be remotely based but within commutable distance to Bowling Green for project and candidate meetings.

About You:

• You’ll want to part of creating a shaping a new team
• Love recruiting in a manufacturing/heavy industrial environment
• Be fascinated about the glass making process
• Have experience of working in an internal position as well as for an agency/RPO
• Love glass and care about sustainability and the planet
• You have enthusiasm and confidence to partner with hiring managers and leaders to develop and support an exceptional interview process
• Passion for innovation and technology that drives greater recruitment efficiency and high-quality hires for the company
• You’re a good communicator with strong ability to be proactive and show initiative.
• Good team player
