CPTE is now hiring an experienced and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of clinical positions including physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech therapists. You will use your expertise to help implement recruiting processes, build our employer brand and grow our passionate, patient-centered team.

Please note: This is not a remote position. You will be required to work in-person at our office in Nashua, NH with travel to nearby locations and career events, as needed.


About the Role


As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at CPTE, you will design, implement, and execute creative and effective full-cycle recruiting strategies to meet current and future business clinical talent needs. This position is responsible for filling simultaneous requisitions by utilizing creative active and passive candidate sourcing techniques and strategies. The Talent Acquisition Specialist serves as the recruiting subject matter expert, consulting with hiring managers and other company stakeholders to navigate the complexities of the recruiting process.


What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute creative and impactful strategies to identify, source, and attract high-quality clinical candidates (including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists)
  • Convey the CPTE mission and employee value proposition with passion and conviction to attract and retain top talent
  • Manage an assigned req load and execute the recruitment process and life-cycle from start to finish including applicant sourcing, resume review, phone screens, coordinating interviews, negotiations, and offers
  • Serve as subject matter expert and the main point of contact for applicant tracking system
  • Act as a consultant to multiple partners regarding recruitment, sourcing, staffing forecasting, talent planning, diversity, and internal movement
  • Work in partnership with a variety of internal partners, hiring managers and external vendors to meet talent needs
  • Develop comprehensive sourcing strategies and conduct candidate sourcing for assigned roles by leveraging multiple sourcing channels to identify and attract top talent
  • Identify, coordinate and attend career fairs and conferences to network with prospective talent, create brand awareness and boost excitement for CPTE as a best-in-class employer
  • Provide best-in-class recruitment experience for your candidates and assigned internal partners throughout the hiring process
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and other internal stakeholders to develop and execute creative and strategic recruitment marketing action plans that convey the CPTE mission, leverage and create brand excitement, attract "best in class" talent and promote CPTE as an employer of choice (includes print collateral, social media content, job postings, etc.)
  • Participate in recruitment events including virtual, campus conference events and job fairs
  • Partner with Human Resources, Credentialing, IT, and other internal stakeholders on employee onboarding to ensure effective and seamless process
  • Meet defined recruiting metrics and KPIs including quality, cost, cycle time, etc.
  • Recruit assigned non-clinical roles as needed (corporate and clinic support staff positions)
  • Participate in special projects as required

About You

  • 2+ years of experience as an exceptional, full-cycle Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter role, in a high-growth, fast paced healthcare setting. Experience recruiting physical therapists and other allied health professionals preferred
  • Proven proficiency in developing creative and effective sourcing strategies utilizing multiple channels
  • Proven success in developing, communicating, and presenting a compelling employer brand to attract top candidates in a market or field where need outpaces available talent
  • Experience and comfort using applicant tracking systems: posting open requisitions, creating templates and workflows, tracking candidate activity, and maintaining 100% compliance with required data fields. Greenhouse preferred.
  • Well-developed team skills, unquestioned integrity, and the experience, confidence, and presence to effectively handle interpersonal relationships and sensitive HR issues
  • Sales-focused and driven to close open requisitions within defined KPIs
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, social media and other sourcing tools
  • Ability to work in the office and travel to nearby clinics to meet candidates, as needed.
  • Travel required: up to 20%
