About this role:

The Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT) group provides technology solutions and support for Risk, Audit, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Corporate Properties, and Stakeholder Relations business lines. In addition, EFT provides unique technology solutions and innovation for Wells Fargo Technology, Enterprise Shared Services, and Enterprise Data Management. This combined portfolio of applications and tools are continually engineered to meet the challenges of stability, security, scalability, and speed.

Within EFT the Human Resource Information Technology (HRIT) team provides technology support for team member focused applications and processes, including payroll, benefits, learning and recruiting.

You will have the opportunity of working in a group of very dynamic and talented professionals primarily located in Charlotte, Des Moines, Minneapolis, and Phoenix, who are responsible for developing and supporting Wells Fargo's Talent Acquisition applications used by our 280,000 team members and 84 lines of business. Over time, you will have opportunities to work with many different applications and learn different facets of HR practices. In this role, you will:
  • Provides technical support, configuration and basic development for applications, integrations and programs in the Workday Talent Acquisition space
  • Collaborate with Senior Software Engineers and business partners in performing analysis and recommendations to identify solutions to meet business needs
  • Troubleshoot configuration issues in Workday application to maintain or restore service or data to programs, or escalate as needed to meet established service level agreements
  • Maintain the Application Configuration and Process Documentation
  • Prepare test data, test and debugs Workday Configuration issues in Workday
  • Understand business continuity plans and compliance requirements for supported areas and analyze changes for risk to the environment
  • Participates in testing and updating the business continuation plan
  • Updates and completes SDLC documentation, procedures and user guides
Required Qualifications, US:
  • 2+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years in Workday application configuration and development
  • 2+ years supporting the Workday application to meet needs in security authorization and authentication domain and access provisioning
  • 1+ year of Agile experience
