Ubiquitous Energy is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner with both technical and non-technical recruiting experience to join and help build our rapidly growing organization. This role is a critical member of a newly formed Talent Team that is responsible for powering the future of Ubiquitous Energy. They will influence and deliver talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future business needs for the company. We are looking for a strategic, innovative professional who is progressive and can lead from the front by being authentic, agile, connected and technologically bold in all areas of recruiting. They will partner with hiring managers to strategize and set up appropriate recruiting methods, sourcing and bringing a candidate through the recruiting life cycle.

Responsibilities

• This role is highly relationship-driven and requires a responsive and professional recruiter with a proven track record of building successful stakeholder relationships. Ideal candidate will be able to guide stakeholders through complex situations and drive successful outcomes while effectively managing expectations
• Works closely with HR leadership and talent acquisition team, managers, recruiting champions, industry leaders, and other business leaders to understand the industry and talent market, source top talent and successfully bring candidates through the process in a timely manner
• Conducts marketplace research to map target companies and top talent for existing and future needs
• Creates in-depth executive candidate profiles and personas
• Provides on-going consulting services to assist management in monitoring, reviewing, and evaluating talent acquisition strategies, and participates in workforce planning
• Builds relationships with internal talent, HR team and senior leaders as well as external talent as influential, and a trusted advisor
• Maintain constant communications with candidates throughout the process ensuring a high touch and engaging experience
• Will act as a talent advisor and change agent to identify and implement improvements to the recruitment process across the organization to attract best-qualified candidates
• Develop well-crafted and creative postings for company website and other internet sources
• Maintains an active sourcing pipeline of candidates through LinkedIn as well as other platforms
• Evaluate applicants by discussing their experience and job requirements, interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications that align to the organization's core values
• Arranges interviews with management by coordinating schedules, and travel when necessary
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Travel as necessary for conference, client meetings, candidate meetings, and headquarter events

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5 years of proven experience as a recruiter/talent acquisition professional
• At least 3 years of experience in technical recruitment; preferably engineering and/or solar
• Excellent sourcing skills and with the ability to create meaningful relationships
• Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and multi-task as necessary
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Applicant Tracking System experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of solar and/or glass manufacturing highly desirable
