What You’d Do:
**

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for attracting the best and brightest talent to join our growing organization. This role acts as a brand ambassador, focusing on delivering exceptional talent while providing proactive and timely communication. This role also serves as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition and provides consultative direction and industry expertise to hiring leaders. You must be comfortable working and communicating remotely, as most of our team works remotely, however there will be opportunities to collaborate in person.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities also include:

  • Strategizing, planning, and executing on all elements of recruiting initiatives from sourcing and screening to offer negotiations and position closings
  • Concepting, creating, and deploying omni-channel, comprehensive marketing plans to support recruiting goals
  • Collaborating with the team to bring employment brand strategy to life through unique and powerful communications that connect people with our organization by their shared purpose
  • Developing cross-channel recruitment marketing campaigns to drive candidate interest, as well as to identify new recruitment marketing strategies within hard-to-hire markets
  • Providing a high level of communication and support to all involved in the hiring process, including hiring managers and business owners, candidates, and our internal teams
  • Building a strong pipeline of qualified talent while providing a humanized approach and experience throughout the hiring process
  • Optimizing existing resources and researching, recommending, and implementing tools and processes for increased candidate engagement and interest
  • Staying current on emerging marketing, branding and recruitment trends, incorporating emerging best practices to improve recruitment
  • Measuring and optimizing candidate engagement across campaigns and channel metrics to identify trends, form recommendations, and optimize performance
  • Promoting employment opportunities, culture, and DEIB initiatives across web and social channels
  • Creating recruitment marketing roadmap to increase brand awareness
  • Jumping in and embracing being part of a team that is always willing to help each other – wear many hats, work collaboratively, or knock things out independently, whatever the day calls for
  • Aligning the work with GreenPages’ culture and strategic goals

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

MUST HAVES:
**

  • A strong background in full life cycle recruiting, developing and executing strategies to meet hiring goals
  • A passion for DEIB, culture, experience, and the world of work and deeply care about the inclusion and wellbeing of all people
  • Experience and knowledge of the tools to be successful in your discipline such as working with Applicant Tracking Systems, video interview tools, sourcing tools and techniques, etc.
  • Thrive working in a results-oriented and collaborative team setting while being extremely hands-on and agile
  • Consistently identify and implement strategic sourcing avenues to build a strong candidate pipeline
  • Offer excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and meaningful relationships
  • At least 3 years of experience within recruitment and/or search, preferably in the technology space
  • Well-organized and able to meet deadlines
  • A good human who cares about all humans

NICE TO HAVE:
**

  • Work experience in a corporate, freelance, or agency setting and preferably have experience with recruitment marketing and employer branding
