Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will become the North American representative into the TA Center of Expertise working alongside the TA team in NA and the COE leaders from Europe and China. You will have a great opportunity to build and manage proactive programs, processes and recruiting best practices to support our TA teams in attracting, sourcing, recruiting & hiring top talent into our growing and changing environment.
  • Take ownership of the various vendor partners used throughout the TA process and keep up with trends and best practice technologies within the space.
  • Project manage North American implementation, training and adoption of existing or new technologies.
  • Maintain OFCCP compliance with all hiring practices, harmonization across units and Europe whenever possible.
  • Promote Mettler-Toledo as an employer of choice through all possible channels, helping define and promote our Employer Brand.
  • Create and implement strategic recruitment plans and support initiatives with a special focus on DE&I.
  • Contribute specific efforts toward the most challenging-to-fill areas or specific critical initiatives, including emerging talent and the university relations program.
  • Act as an administrator within our ATS (Avature) and other technologies. Develop and monitor meaningful recruitment metrics and trends that drive performance from sourcing through onboarding.
  • Lead the recruiting team, processes, and best practices without direct reporting relationships with the region's TA team members.
  • This role will have one direct report, our University Relations Program Manager.

What You Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor’s or Master's Degree and 8+ years of Talent Acquisition operations/recruiting experience
  • Track record of successfully implementing new recruiting technologies (familiarity with Avature and LinkedIn Enterprise a plus)
  • Strong project management, planning, prioritizing, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite & Social Media. Familiarity with Sharepoint a plus.
  • Proven record in candidate experience, sourcing techniques, employment law, OFCCP compliance, and recruitment marketing
