CACI is currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team of talented professionals. The successful candidate, will work with program leadership to understand requirements, to execute both current and future needs. Establish relationships with hiring managers that bring about trust that influence candidates, and hiring decisions continuously.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform Full Lifecycle recruiting activities including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination/scheduling, offer negotiation and closing of candidates
  • Provide detailed weekly updates to your Talent Acquisition Manager
  • Attend Program Monthly Reviews for supported programs.
  • Provide surge support as needed across Sector on programs outside of your current assigned positions
  • Identify qualified candidates using traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques, to include job boards; search engines; social media sites; direct candidate contact with tareted candidates; other methods
  • Continually evaluate and suggest, new sourcing methodologies and tools that help to identify, cultivate, and grow target candidate pools of top talent
  • Track and record recruiting activities in accordance with CACI business processes and DoL/OFFCP regulations; prepare reports to business leaders as required/requested
  • Utilize CACI's Mobility Board as a resource for funded positions to help with company attrition
  • Establish online presence for the purposes of attracting talent for future and pipeline opportunities
  • Be willing to travel as needed to career fairs, customer locations, and corporate locations

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 + years of related recruiting experience preferably in the Maryland Intelligence Community
  • Prior experience with Workday Recruiting, or a similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Understanding of the DoD clearance process within the Intelligence community and the factors which may affect timeline
  • Ability to create Large-scale recruiting strategies, cultivate an online presence for purposes of attracting talent.
  • Well-developed assessment, negotiation, collaboration, and consultation skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and analytic skills, along with an ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Flexible and able to prioritize workload based on business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient with the Workday Applicant Tracking System
  • Experience recruiting for active contracts, as well as proposals, in addition to prime and subcontractor contracts.
  • Prior experience recruiting for roles that require a TS/SCI with Poly

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $71,800-$147,200. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
