Summary: Ensuring all incoming baskets & inbound material are in a clean usable state for production use. Must perform a physical inspection of the baskets. Must communicate whether the basket is broken or in good working condition, that the doors usable, and that the basket is clean before going to the production floor. Baskets must also be checked prior to shipment as well following the same procedure as incoming. (Any damaged basket must be reported to the Supervisor). Tagger/Receiver receives a detailed count of ALL baskets within the yard & FG warehouse. Receiving Accuracy is very important and should always be accurate. The Tag/Receiver must have an eye for detail especially when verifying and scanning material into the system. Could possibly: Drive gasoline, liquefied gas, or electric powered industrial truck equipped with lifting devices such as forklift, lift beam, clamps, elevating platform, or trailer hitch to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move products, equipment, or materials by performing the following duties in both indoor and outdoor climates. Could possibly: Load trucking within the shipping department, oven load and unload according to recipe and drive outside to support basket retrieval.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Positions forks, lifting platform, or other lifting device under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, boxes, products, or materials or hooks tow trucks to trailer hitch, and transports load to designated area. Unloads and stacks material by raising and lowering lifting device. Able to load trucking within the shipping department, Could Possibly Oven load & unload according to recipe, & drive outside to support basket retrieval. Audit & ensure clean FG lanes, Inventories materials inside & outside within the shipping warehouse and/or yard and supply indoor facility with clean as well as undamaged empty baskets as needed, labeling and identifies damaged baskets. Loads or unloads materials into or out of trucking pallets, skids, or lifting device. Prestaging the shipping load area from the FG warehouse, Label material properly to the work instructions, receiving product to the MES standard, Additional duties will include going from line to line throughout the plant and performing label audits, doing block and split tags, move to functions, ensure start usage has been done, and any other MES labelling related activities, give the best customer service. Recharges batteries, fills fuel tank, or replaces liquefied gas tank, responsible for removal and sorting of scrap basket into appropriate recycling containers or trucks. Read shop orders to determine machine setup, production methods, and sequence of operation, Adhere to QS9000 and ISO14001 policies and procedures.

Education and/or Experience; High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and two to three years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Ability to read rulers, calipers, and micrometers. Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Manufacturing software, Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
