We are looking for a Systems Engineer to join our Digital Solutions Group, focusing on the implementation and support of technology utilized in our Home Office and 30 Good Feet Store retail locations. This full-time position reports to the Lead System Engineer and will work from Portland, Oregon or Atlanta, Georgia.

Your talents:

• Install and configure operating systems, software, and hardware components, and clearly document the design, maintenance, and support procedures.
• Familiar with networks and security with hands-on experience.
• Handling customer technical support cases through phone and email submission.
• Manage and monitor all infrastructure and system installations, including configurations, testing, and maintenance.
• Participate in the support and operation of retail store locations including installation and maintenance of technology equipment both on site and remote.
• Administer assigned technology focus across IT infrastructure.
• Maintain current knowledge of technology developments in assigned area(s).

Required skills:

• A minimum of 2 years of hands on experience with troubleshooting technology issues Windows PCs, IOS or Android tablets
• Experience with Retail Store technology including Point of Sales and CRM applications a plus
• Experience managing users and services in Google Workspaces or Microsoft Office 365
• Hands on experience with networking hardware and software solutions
• A solid understanding of Agile project management
• Ability to foster and support a customer-focused environment.
• Results driven and self-motivated
