Survey CAD Technician

Location: Denver, CO

Job Type: Full-time

Starting pay: $25-$30/hr

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting Registered Professional Surveyors with CAD productions, deed research, boundary analysis, easement preparations, legal descriptions, and computing survey points
• Process raw field data through Trimble Business Center
• Perform QA/QC checks
• Coordinate and work with field crews and other office staff

Required Experience:

Ideal candidates will:

• Have 1-5 years of land surveying experience in a Survey Technician role
• Have a SIT registration, or in the final process of obtaining an SIT registration, is preferred
• Be knowledge of ALTA surveys, boundary analysis, topographic surveys, preparation of easement documents, legal descriptions, final plat preparation, and construction staking
• Be able to utilize survey field equipment
• Be proficient in Trimble Business Center and Trimble Data Center
• Be able to operate AutoCAD Civil 3D for production activities
• Be able to manage multiple task, project coordination, and interaction with other design services
• Have full use of Microsoft Office
• Be able to perform in a fast-paced environment that is in a growth mode
• Have strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Englewood, CO 80112: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Revit: 1 year (Preferred)
