Job description
Create, manage, and execute supply chain solutions to difficult customer service and sales issues. Make difficult decisions and manage expectations when balancing customer service needs with associated supply chain costs. Questions and requests can come from any level in the organization including senior executives.

Resolve and manage system discrepancies and shipping errors/damage for the field. Issues can be generated from warehouse processes, SAP/ECC, SAP/APO, Microtelecom, RIM, or CIM. Understand how the systems interact, recommend solutions, escalate issues to appropriate leaders in different departments, test system enhancements, and advocate for the field.

Manage third party service providers for inventory counts in the field. Set expectations with the vendor and ensure adherence to service level agreements by leading continuous improvement projects, monitoring performance, researching escalated issues, balancing needs with cost, and holding regular business reviews.

Work with multiple system support teams to manage through system changes and lead the change management process to provide a seamless transition to the field.

Manage multiple mailboxes with a specific level of service to answer questions and provide support to the field. Research repetitive issues to identify root cause and implement long term and holistic solutions.

Collaborate with internal partners to ensure the field has the best experience with the Supply Chain team and lead the education of the field on policies and procedures.

Responsible for the creation, ongoing analysis, and continuous improvement of job aids and process documents in regards to inventory procedures for multiple sales channels including company owned retail stores, agents, direct fulfillment, and business-to-business.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / COMPETENCIES

Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Capable of thinking independently, sorting through ambiguity, and troubleshooting various issues required.

Ability to balance multiple tasks at one time and reprioritize as needed is required.

Skilled at developing and maintaining relationships, both internally and externally, and working in a team environment required.

Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite is required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / COMPETENCIES

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.

1-3 years of relevant work experience required; inventory management in retail, operations experience, customer service and/or other related field preferred.

SAP/ECC and Point of Sale system (POS) experience is preferred but not required.

Experience with troubleshooting system issues and leading solutions from a business perspective.

Skilled at managing time effectively and remaining flexible with changing priorities is preferred.
