Job description
We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to contribute to the Supply Chain & Operations (SC&O) team’s ongoing initiatives, which will require keen eyes for detail and precision. This position will have responsibility for both inbound (60%) and outbound processes (40%). We are looking for someone who has excellent attention to detail and able to work on a complete logistics cycle.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop, implement, and manage a cross functional, fully integrated planning process that incorporates planning, scheduling, inventory, material, and forecasting
  • Monitor and review daily inventory transactions with a goal to simplify the monthly reconciliation process.
  • Support customers with their sales orders (process and monitor all outbound steps).
  • Amazon’s orders and chargebacks.
  • Investigate any variance with 3PL teams to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Manages inbound domestic and international logistics of materials to cost and quality targets.
  • Oversees the inventory available and manages to KPI’s set by the leadership team.
  • Provides or establishes training programs for team members in need of improved skill sets.
  • Maintains relationships with suppliers to manage to delivery timing and quantities of materials.
  • Reports material strategies, issues, and constraints to the leadership team.
  • Ensure minimum Excess & Obsolete inventory.
  • Create custom solutions and reports as necessary.
  • Drive solutions for process improvements or efficiencies.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Work with the finance department to ensure accurate reconciliation of all purchases.
  • Manage the claims and insurance processing for air freight claims
Job Requirements:
  • 5 years' experience in Inventory Control or Inventory Management.
  • Prior experience in developing and establishing inventory control processes is required.
  • Demonstrated innovative problem solving and partnering skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, often-changing environment.
  • Expert level of proficiency in MRP/ERP environments, SAP experience a plus
  • Highly skilled in Excel, comfortable with Pivots, LOOKUPs. Capable of creating custom reports when necessary.
  • Must have international vendor experience.
  • Familiarity with Vendor Central a plus
The salary range for the position is $44,600 to $55,800 annually.
The salary offer for this role may be influenced by factors such as job location, scope of role, qualifications, education, experience, & complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent.
This position is also eligible for a performance bouse.
