General Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Trains and motivates team members. This position plays a critical role in ensuring all staff stays on task and complete all assignments. Must keep a Clean and safe work environment. Will be responsible for Cleaning Restrooms, elevators, Entry ways, Lounge areas, Dusting, Vacuuming and, Scrubbing.
• Routinely conducts rounds and inspects housekeeping staff to assigned areas within the mall to verify work is being completed in accordance with established high-quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identifies ways to improve operational efficiencies. Continually assesses the effectiveness of cleaning performed and adherence to time standards.
• Effectively trains and re-trains team members on equipment care, maintenance, and proper use.
• Responds and or assigns housekeeping request for clean-up at the direction of the Project Manager, Mall Manager and Security.
• Other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.

Education

High School Diploma or G.E.D

Experience

Cleaning experience is preferred or we will train.

Must have reliable Transportation.

Working Schedule

Wednesday - Saturday 4:00pm - 12:30am, Sunday 12pm - 8:30pm - Off Monday-Tuesday
