Overview and Essential Functions:
Ansco & Associates, LLC provides a complete variety of construction and engineering services to the wireless and wireline industry. We are seeking Field Supervisors to work out of our Alpharetta, GA location to direct crews in the placement of cable/materials for underground telecommunications according to contract requirements stipulated by our customers; and to meet all safety, quality, and production goals according to rules, regulations, and standards set by company. Valid Driver�s License required. CDL a plus.

We are seeking Field Supervisors to work out of our Alpharetta, GA location to direct crews in the placement of cable/materials for underground telecommunications according to contract requirements stipulated by our customers; and to meet all safety, quality, and production goals according to rules, regulations, and standards set by company. Valid Driver’s License required. CDL a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily production and other reporting
  • Read and interpret construction drawings
  • Direct, coordinate and supervise, dispatch, train, inspect, and monitor employees and subcontractors in the correct placement/repair of cable and restorations ensuring results are according to contract and process specifications
  • Inspect trucks/equipment for defects
  • Participate in daily/weekly calls with operations and customers
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
  • Performs other duties as necessary
  • Must be able to demonstrate ability to maintain positive working relationships both internally and externally

Qualifications
:
  • Preferred candidate will have 3+ years minimum experience within the Utility Construction/Maintenance industry.
  • Valid Driver’s licensed required, CDL a plus.
  • Must be able to demonstrate ability to follow directions, produce quality work, maintain safe working habits/conditions according to all Federal, State, and Company regulations and policies
  • Must be able to demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills
