Job Summary and Qualifications

What you will do in this role:

• You will maintain employee schedules and coordinate daily routine work activities to ensure work orders are completed and logged into system.
• You will provide Director of Plant Operations reports of daily activity of department as requested by maintain accurate maintenance records.
• You will inspect mechanical equipment, systems and space for proper use and function and coordinates correction.
• You will respond to requests, calls, and pages according to department standards.
• You will assist Director in complying with Joint Commission and other state or federal standards and maintaining Blue Book readiness.
• You must be proficient in the Energy Management Systems, the electrical distribution systems, emergency electrical systems, tube system, Life Safety and all other areas within the department.

What qualification you will need:

• 5 years of experience in a maintenance function in a commercial/industrial setting.
• Stationary Engineer License is REQUIRED.
• Basic computer and communication skills to interact successfully with diverse personality types.
• Joint Commission standards, state hospital licensing, and all maintenance crafts knowledge will be required.
