Park Avenue of Wayzata owns various rental townhome communities in the western suburbs of the Twin Cities. Duties include lawn sprinkling, mulching, building/power washing, gutter cleaning and miscellaneous landscaping projects. Must be comfortable with heights. Must have a clear driving record and reliable transportation.
This is a full-time, summer seasonal position May - August. Hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30 - 4. Have your weekends free!
