Position Summary
The Student Courses Program Coordinator is a dynamic, self-motivated individual with a proven track record of coordinating projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will manage the workflow of various aspects in the development of digital content for K-12, working with individuals within the organization, and interfacing with others outside of ACSI.
This position is performed remotely from a home office anywhere in the continental United States.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Understand the needs of internal and external stakeholders, evaluate the capabilities of ACSI entities, and coordinate the efforts of those entities to service the need
  • Manage communication to all entities involved regarding meetings, deadlines, trainings, and interviews
  • Organize workflow and documentation for a variety of processes
  • Monitor courses in creation or re-development
  • Communicate with schools and families regarding courses, enrollment deadlines, finances, and customer support, and connect them with existing support systems
  • Support subject matter experts and Instructional Designers as they coordinate with staff in other departments of ACSI and third-party companies
  • Assist teachers of record with administrative responsibilities and communication with students and families
  • Manage the budget, contracts, and miscellaneous expenditures for digital courses
  • All other duties as assigned

Compensation and Benefits
Starting Salary Range: $45,900 - $50,000; based on work experience, education, training, knowledge, skills, and internal and external equity

Essential Qualifications
Spiritually the ideal candidate shall possess characteristics that reflect

  • a strong knowledge and understanding of Scripture
  • a servant leader
  • an active participation in a local Bible-believing church

Required Experience and Education

  • Three or more years of experience in business, education, or a related field; training in project management preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in education preferred
  • Highly competent in technology
  • Good organization and communication skills required
  • Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Professional remote work environment in which to conduct videoconferences and phone calls
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% by plane or automobile
  • Driver’s License required to be kept current and in effect as a condition of employment
  • Employee is regularly required to walk, sit, use hands and fingers, talk, and hear
  • Essential duties require the use of computers to process information
  • The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include the ability to read at close range and distinguish colors and contrasts
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal
