Supporting Starbucks store design process within the Grocery portfolio to create outstanding store designs that uphold the Starbucks Customer Experience. The process is inclusive of all design phases while honoring budget, schedule, and operational requirements.
As a Store Designer, you will…
Lead design projects with consultants and cross functional team members
Execute store designs per Starbucks Brand guidelines
Achieves target deliverables on number of stores and meeting all established deadlines.
We’d love to hear from people with:
Apply 3D visualization ability and working knowledge of color and design principles in the execution of store designs
Leverage working knowledge of building and health codes and compliance issues
Leverage working knowledge of Revit, Sketchup and Bluebeam software
Ability to execute multiple designs under tight deadlines
Ability to communicate design with hand sketches/drawings
Ability to translate stated design principles / objectives into unique and varied store locations
Knowledge of architectural details and specifications for construction document production
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to multi-task
Strong problem-solving and decision making skills
