Our team is looking to hire a Store Associate to be responsible for exceeding our customers’ evolving expectations by providing exceptional customer service and a pleasant and fulfilling shopping experience. Primary roles are responding to customers' inquiries, conducting sales transactions, and explaining products or services. The Store Associate ensures that our firm is retaining customers for our clients through positive customer relationship building, diffusing customer escalations, utilizing strong listening skills, and describing basic product information and benefits to interested parties.

Key Responsibilities of the Store Associate:

• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
• Answer questions customers may have about potential purchases.
• Work with management, marketing, and sales departments.
• Attend scheduled training, staff meetings, and workshops.
• Achieve sales targets while respecting the needs of customers.
