Stocker/Department Lead Job Description:

• Assists with receiving loads, breaking down pallets, organizing, and working out product to the shelves.
• Utilizes box knives for cutting cardboard to merchandise product.
• Lifts and organizes boxes upward of 50lbs.
• Merchandises product on sales floor by working new product into the existing flow (grouping similar items).
• Provides excellent customer service by being professional, friendly, efficient, and personal.
• Cross-trained on the registers and willing to assist with cashiering and other courtesy calls as needed.
• Contributes to team by helping in various other tasks where needed

IF DETERMINED TO BE DEPARTMENT LEAD:

• Assists with ordering for department and executing overall vision for organization.
• Executes markdowns and throwaways when necessary.

Pay: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour
