Our oral surgery practice is looking for a motivated sterilization technician to join our Midwest Oral Surgery team!
This is a full-time (hourly, non-exempt) floating position for our Festus & South County locations.
Festus location: 1487 US-61 Ste B, Festus, MO 63028
South County location: 10012 Kennerly Rd. Suite 200 St. Louis, MO 63128
Hours: Mon, Tue, Thurs, Fri 7:15am – 4:30pm Wed 7:15am – 1pm. No weekend hours.

Your excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with that with your superior customer service skills, make you an asset to any team.
You can take direction and follow through in a timely fashion.
You can maintain knowledge of equipment, expected patient outcome, and anticipated complications.
What you will do:
- Performing and participating in decontamination, cleaning, assembling, packaging, sterilization, storage distribution of reusable surgical instrumentation and equipment
- Preparing and arranging instruments, surgical trays, and required material
- Maintaining personal protection per OSHA guidelines as it pertains to personal safety (i.e. protective clothing, eyewear and gloves)
- Proper use of sterilizers, sonic cleaners and other related equipment
- Maintaining a clean, safe workplace
- Chinning within a surgical setting
- Other duties as assigned
