LGC Hospitality is looking for a Staffing Specialist/Recruiter for our office in Philadelphia!

Skill Level: Entry-Level.

Pay: Starting at $800/week.

Job Type: Full-Time, Internal.

Schedule: 40-hour work week to include evenings and weekends depending on business needs.

Staffing Duties:
- Recruiting new temporary and temp-to-hire candidates via online job posting and attending job fairs.
- Interviewing candidates to fill part- and full-time Hospitality positions at the request of our clients.
- Communicating regularly with our clients to determine staffing needs.
- Placing employees at job sites and assignments based on experience and skill level.
- Managing employees by replacing call-offs, collecting time sheets, and terminating if necessary.
- Meeting with new clients to promote our company and sell our services.

What We Look For:
- Hospitality Experience.
- Customer Service Experience.
- Management or Supervisory Experience.
- Ability and willingness to learn new programs and databases.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings based on business needs.
- Comfortable working on a computer with Microsoft programs (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.).
- Access to reliable transportation (a car is needed to visit client sites).
- Bilingual is a HUGE plus but not required!
