- Prior experience as a Staffing Coordinator or Scheduler within a nursing center or healthcare setting required.
- Ensure center has appropriate levels of staffing and nursing care at all times.
- Ability to build strong relationships and gain support from staff.
- Superior organization skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to multi-task.
- COVID vaccination required.
This is a unique position for some responsibilities will include working with medical records. This includes collect and file patients personal info, issue medical files to the appropriate personnel, ensure patient charts and paperwork are completed and accurate.
