Benefis Health System, a level II Trauma Center in Great Falls, Montana is seeking a qualified Board Certified/Board Eligible Anesthesiologist to join our hospital employed group, providing services to patients throughout our state-of-the-art, progressive health system as we plan for upcoming retirements from our well established, low turnover group!

*Full-Time = 44 weeks total, 9 weekends, 22 first calls and 22 second calls

*Schedule allows great work and home life balance with targeted 1 in 6 weekday call ratio.

*Cover only 1 hospital with 10 state-of-the-art operating rooms and an ASC with 3 operating rooms, just a 5 minute indoor walk from the main OR

*100% coverage on cases, no supervision - CRNAs are not in main OR

*Great opportunities to provide anesthesia input to fix problems multiple times a month and a very supportive administrative team of physicians and administrator partners

*Wide variety of cases including: Urology, OB/GYN, Orthopedics, Oncology, Neurosurgery, General Surgery, ENT, Plastics, Gastroenterology and well pediatrics

*No OB Coverage (OB covered by CRNAs, as is Endoscopy)

* 8,500 surgical cases/year

Compensation and Benefits:
