Evans Group, Inc. of Lebanon, NH is seeking to hire a full-time Staff Accountant to perform functions of Accounts Receivable and Fuel Reconciliation for the organization. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Enters cash receipts and balances A/R accounts
• Performs data capture, billing and maintenance for fuel customers and propriety charge accounts
• Reconciles various payments for retail sales from the retail store chain
• Imports and posts sales data from the retail accounting software into the Sage accounting system
• Answers phones and handles incoming orders and requests
• Files retail paperwork

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of an Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 3 years of work experience with an emphasis in Accounts Receivable
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Prior experience with accounting software and proficiency in Excel is required; knowledge of Sage accounting software is preferred
