Sr. Supervisor Facilities

Job Summary:

In this highly visible role, you will lead multiple facilities maintenance teams in their daily management requirements. The successful candidate will possess strong PRISM operating skills necessary to monitor and control the maintenance requirements in Raytheon’s SAP based CMMS system (PRISM).

Providing strong organizational management and labor relations experience. Engage appropriate stakeholders to complete the required to support the facilities maintenance requirements and obligations The candidate must think independently, communicate effectively, and provide leadership while working closely with other disciplines.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

  • Coordinate with workforce planning, track employee training, certify timecard and attendance management, create area layout and flow management.
  • Responsible for providing a safe work environment and will actively lead and engage in safety improvements discussions.
  • Assign daily schedules for PM’s and Work orders, conduct stand up meetings, set priorities and review reports/metrics to locate problem areas and create solutions.
  • Create PR’s and PO’s as needed to support facilities maintenance requirements.
  • Material management and order supplies as required. Ordering materials through MRO stores for PM’s and Work orders.
  • Coordinate Overtime when required, and log/track hours in OTIS.
  • Track vehicle maintenance and schedule services and repairs. Work with fleet management.
  • Investigate accidents/incidents and prepare RCAS analysis for logistics review boards.
  • Able to establish and maintain rapport with all levels of personnel, leadership, and customers.
  • Drive performance improvement by analyzing metrics, daily reports, KPI’s, Kaizen projects, and developing plans to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Strong understanding of facilities maintenance, equipment, and infrastructure.
  • Strong organizational management and labor relations experience.
  • Ability to engage appropriate stakeholders to complete the required projects to support the facilities maintenance requirements and obligations
  • Strong PRISM operating skills
  • Experience in facilities management, operations, projects, and maintenance.
  • A current active US security clearance is required for this role.

Qualifications we value:

  • Demonstrated people management/leadership skills, experience engaging large, complicated Teams.
  • Proven ability to develop collaborative relationships and influence up, down and/or across organizational lines.
  • Previous facilities maintenance accountability experience across multiple projects and conflicting priorities
  • Proven understanding of metrics methods; development/execution of root cause and corrective action plans
  • Experience with SAP systems and or CMMS tools
  • Supporting facilities design reviews
  • Demonstrated planning skills for both short-term requirements and long-term opportunities.
  • Supervisory experience in matrix organizational structure
  • Experience leading and managing bargaining unit (contract) employees.
  • Previous experience working in a cross functional and/or bargaining unit environment.

Required Experience and Education

  • This role typically requires Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of prior relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and 3 years of relevant experience OR in absence of a degree, a combination 9 years of relevant work experience, training/certification may be considered.

US Citizenship:

  • This position requires a security clearance. Except in rare circumstances, only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
