Job description
Position is responsible for overseeing the people who lead internal information system-specific projects from initiation to delivery. Responsibility includes managing and prioritizing the project stream, working with internal customers to determine project definition and business requirements.
Provides leadership to project managers, and professional staff. Is accountable for the performance and results of multiple programs and projects. Develops project priorities working closely with clients and internal management, including business, production and/or organizational priorities. Controls resources and policy formation in area of responsibility. Decisions are guided by resource availability and functional objectives. Attendance and schedule adherence are requirements of this position.
- Harvesting data.
- Using Solution Design workbook.
- Conducting trainings.
- Processing Documentation.
- Interacting with internal and external customers as required.
- Conducting update meetings with functional areas and business owners.
- Tracking progress towards completion of tasks including key milestones, identifying risks and establishing mitigation plans, communicate progress to key stakeholders (internal and external).
- Creating or leading communication plans or training material as needed.
- Management duties include:
- Providing leadership and management to all PMO employees.
- Meeting operational objectives and Stefanini contractual objectives.
- Participating in recruiting, interviewing, hiring and managing PMO staff.
- Preparing and creating monthly reports.
- Creating a cohesive team environment through involvement with all team employees.
- Understanding and tracking Financials related to projects (revenue, expenses, billing).
