We are seeking a Sr. Planner, Dealer Performance to join our team at the Nissan North Americas Headquarters in Franklin, TN.

Job Summary

The Sr. Planner, Dealer Performance will manage the NCAR/ICARxService Certified tablet program to provide dealers and customers with a fully digital service process. Works in conjunction with Sr. Manager, Aftersales Marketing Technology to drive enrollment and engagement into the NCAR/ICARx Service Lane Technology using data analytics, customer and dealer feedback.

Job Functions

1. Responsible for the management of the NCAR/ICAR-X Service program, designated certified vendors, the programs that make up the service lane technology, program enrollment and the performance and data analytics.
2. This includes program management, working with the field / dealer leadership, communicating overall program acceleration recommendations in both the operations and technical development work streams.
3. Responsible for driving dealer enrollment in the NCAR/ICARx Service platform by developing training materials such as one pagers or training decks outlining program details, new functionality and programs to be shared with the field team members through virtual meetings and presentations and posted to Dealer360 and NNAnet.
4. Responsible for driving improved performance of dealers enrolled in the NCAR/ICARx Services platform by reviewing the service tablet data and reporting to identify low performing dealers or dealers with opportunity for improvement and then developing improvement actions and recommendations to share with the field and dealer through virtual meetings and presentations.
5. Coordinates with Certified vendors and Nissan Digital to complete gap analysis, certifications, regular audits of services and data integrations between the certified vendors and Aftersales data analytics systems.
6. Project management of new program initiatives to improve customer and dealer service lane experience.
7. Provides subject matter expertise and contextual input regarding NCAR/ICARx Services best practices.
8. Actively manage and track open action items from key meetings, including the Performance
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and awareness including Global Aftersales Connected (GAC), Nissan Digital, Service Marketing, Customer Journey OneApp, Connected Car Services, VCS Project Design, HFE/Marketability, TCS, etc. to develop an integrated plan.
10. Continue to track progress and provide support until improvement is achieved.
11. Respond to community post regarding questions and updates to the NCAR/ICARx Services program.
12. Monitor and provide feedback to certified vendors regarding optimizations and improvements that should be made to the vendor platforms and reporting.
13. Evaluate competitive market research in regards to Service Lane technology and best practices and provide benchmarking studies to drive decisions with the NCAR/ICARx Services program.
14. Manage and monitor articles posted to Dealer360 and NNAnet and keep files organized and up to date. Includes one pagers, promotional tracking reports, performance reporting, etc.
15. As necessary, perform other related duties of which the above are representative.

Minimum Qualifications

Job Knowledge and Skill:

A broad understanding of the automotive industry.

Experience:
Six years of related automotive experience at a professional level. Cross-functional experience strongly preferred.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a related business discipline. MBA preferred.

Computer Skills:
Microsoft office products; advanced Excel and PowerPoint.

Travel:
Up to 25% day and overnight travel
