Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Accurately processing high volumes of critical transactions for our growing team (hires, benefits enrollments/life events, leaves, job changes, transfers, compensation changes, workers comp claims reporting, etc.)
  • Responsible for assisting and maintaining compliance initiatives and requirements
  • Assist People Operations Business Partners with administrative tasks
  • Acting as a liaison between People Operations and other departments to help resolve complex issues or proactively optimize processes
  • Analyzing case management data and identify trends
  • Being Accountable for key metrics for performance against SLA’s, volume, quality
  • Continually improving the team member self-service experience as well as knowledge of the team through the identification of trends and root cause analysis
  • Maintaining process documentation and supporting the streamlining of operational processes
  • Proficient in interpreting and advising on company policy and procedures
  • All other duties as assigned

Organizational Responsibilities:
  • Oversees compliance with the Company’s established policies and procedures by communicating organizational standards and regulatory requirements, and by identifying, reporting, and correcting violations or infractions. Responsible for overseeing the teaching and training of the established policies and procedures to team members.
  • Practices proper safety techniques in accordance with Company, property, and departmental policies, and procedures. Responsible for overseeing the teaching and training of the established safety policies and procedures to team members.
  • Identifies operational, financial, and business areas for improvement, solicits and develops innovative solutions, and implements new technologies, procedures, or tools that improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Follows established policies and procedures by monitoring and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, organizational standards, and operational processes related to area(s) of responsibility and reporting violations or infractions to appropriate individual(s).
  • Practices proper safety techniques in accordance with Company, property, and departmental policies, procedures, and standards by immediately reporting any mechanical or electrical equipment malfunctions, employee/visitor/resident injuries or accidents, or other safety issues to appropriate individual(s).
  • Identifies areas for improvement and offers suggestions to improve the property's efficiency, profitability, and productivity.
  • Keeps abreast of current changes in technology, leasing and sales tools, processes, and standards within the industry and area(s) of responsibility by attending internal and external training programs and by accessing other sources of information, and applies knowledge and practices to area(s) of responsibility.
Participate in activities outside the normal course of daily business that will enhance both the Company and your stature in the marketplace. This includes participation in industry related associations and groups to further your own development and the business goals of the company. Work Hours (may vary by state or location): Company hours of operation are 8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday. Exempt employees are expected to adhere to the standard workweek schedule and work any hours necessary to perform the duties of the job. Must be able to perform the essential job functions unaccompanied.

Education/Experience:
Required education and experience:
Bachelor’s Degree 5-7 years of People Operations/Human Resources experience supporting a fast-paced People Operations/Human Resources Experience in the multi-location and multi-state is a plus A passion for being organized You love to keep data and processes clean and updated Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies Experience managing multi-state HR and Payroll practices Maintain critical and confidential information with the highest level of integrity Experience working with Workday or other like HRIS system Experience utilizing a case management system Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking skills Thrive in a fast-paced environment The ability to be flexible and can easily move between projects Excellent communication skills working with all departments and levels of an organization
Language Ability:
Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively; to comprehend and complete legal documents, financial models, construction documents, schedules and other industry standard documentation; and effectively communicate with capital partners, lenders, vendors, contractors, investors and C-level executives.
Math Ability:
Demonstrated mathematical skills necessary to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers, decimals, and fractions, and calculate percentages in order to complete financial records, budgets, and other fiscal reporting information.
Reasoning Ability:
Highly organized in work with ability to manage information and prioritize tasks to meet assigned deadlines. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Demonstrates the ability to understand complex accounting transactions, record them appropriately, and clarify the details to supervisors and/or RangeWater in written or verbal communications.
Computer Skills:
Demonstrated proficiency in word processing (MS Word), spreadsheet management programs (MS Excel), and proficiency in QuickBooks and other financial planning software. Familiarity with real estate specific accounting software is a plus.
Certificates and Licenses:
  • Current valid driver’s license is required.
  • HRCI or SHRM Certifications are preferred.

Must be able to operate golf carts at properties with golf carts, walk extended distances and navigate stairs to multiple levels daily.
Incumbent must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty (20) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Local and non-local travel may be required to attend training classes or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position.
