Your role at Clorox:
The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) for Care & Connection (C&C) is one of the strategic HR Business Partners for the General Managers and SBU leadership teams within the newly formed C&C Group composed of 7 business units (Brita, Glad, Food, Burts Bees, VMS, Litter and Kingsford). This role is responsible for partnering on the delivery of HR talent processes and programs in the business units and ensuring the HR baseline is healthy by engaging HR COEs. This role includes partnering with business unit General Managers in developing and executing people strategy elements that elevate the employee experience, strengthen the baseline and drive growth and profitability within the organization. You will collaborate with leaders on all talent processes and programs utilizing talent insights and organization data to drive business outcomes.
In this role, you will:
  • Partners with business unit General Managers to ensure talent processes, programs, culture and ways of working elements enable business strategy.
  • Drive organizational health, Inclusion & Diversity Equity and Allyship (IDEA), and engagement initiatives.
  • Provides strategic partnership to business leaders to ensure talent strategies and capabilities support SBU needs.
  • Act as conduit between business units and the HR/People function to ensure talent processes and centralized resources support SBU needs and execute core talent processes.
  • Partner with other Group and Functional HRBPs on delivery, operating model iprovements and ways of working.
  • Leverage our talent philosophy to ensure robust succession plans, build individual/team and enterprise performance management and manage workforce planning efforts.
  • Analyze trends and metrics with business leaders to develop people and organization solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Partner with HR function COEs in design and implementation of programs and processes.
What we look for:
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 8-10+ years of progressive experience in HR, including HRBP experience with senior leaders/executives
  • Experience in a highly collaborative and matrix environment is preferred, navigates complexity well
  • Thorough knowledge of human resources practices including organizational design, talent management, and culture/change management
  • Demonstrated ability to use sound judgment in decision-making
  • Experience with change management and organization transformation

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
–Zone A: $138,100 - $277,400
–Zone B: $126,600 - $254,300
–Zone C: $115,100 - $231,200

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
