We are looking for a Senior Director of Process Excellence and Delivery to oversee project management, project implementation, and LEAN engineering for the LS&Co. distribution & logistics portfolio globally.
This position is remote or a hybrid role based out of our San Francisco headquarters.
Key Accountabilities
- Serve as project management and implementation lead for large-scale distribution & logistics initiatives, including network expansion, building upgrades, warehouse management systems & other enabling technologies, and new capabilities
- Lead engineering using LEAN methodology, including oversight of continuous improvement and process excellence for the Levi Strauss distribution network
- Lead technical services & maintenance capabilities and roadmap across the owned and operated distribution network
Talent Requirements
- Extensive experience in project management and implementations for distribution center networks, including buildings, technologies, and materials handling equipment
- Engineering background preferred, with expertise and practical application of LEAN 6 Sigma
- Experience in managing a multi-million dollar annual capital budget
- Deep understanding and experience with financial modeling and business case creation
- Deep understanding of materials handling design and functionality, with ability to critique proposals and manage implementation
- Strong industry awareness and relationships with WMS providers as well as a deep understanding of the software (Manhattan, High Jump etc)
- Multi-national DC network experience highly preferred

The expected starting salary range for this role is $168,000 - $257,500. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
